Anna Davies

Anna Davies began her career in television in 1996 after graduating from Oxford with a degree in Classics.

She has directed a wide variety of factual programmes, from the more traditional documentary form, including her recent film for Channel 4, Super Botox Me ("commendable, enthralling and suitably gory" The Observer), and Live 8: Twenty Years Ago Today which was nominated for a Grierson Award in 2006; to popular formats such as Wife Swap and That’ll Teach ’Em.

She also works as a series producer, including a year on the Channel 4 series Bringing Up Baby, and has filmed extensively in the US on projects for PBS and ABC.
