From 19th-22nd May, Directors UK staff and board members visited venues in Cardiff, Bristol, Glasgow and Manchester to meet members in the nations and regions. We were keen to hear from directors about the issues facing them and to share our plans for an improved service for members who live outside London and the South-East of England.
The conversations we had during the Roadshows were incredibly useful and common themes emerged around pay, creative control and the isolation of being a director. We hope the plans we unveiled will help to address all of these issues.
