Richard van't Riet is one of the most established studio entertainment directors working in Britain today, with a resume boasting such landmark shows as Deal or No Deal, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire and The Cube. Recently Richard's been busy working his magic on two of the most-talked about shiny floor shows, The Voice and Got to Dance, with the latter using 3D for the first time last month. We caught up with Richard to ask how things had gone with both programmes, how he learnt his trade and what advice he'd pass on to other directors looking to follow in his footsteps.
