Directors UK is trying to connect the directors listed below (or representatives of their estates) with the money we are holding for them. The directors on our Unregistered Directors List may be eligible for payment under our distribution schemes, but they remain unregistered as members of Directors UK.
Though Directors UK’s membership encompasses the majority of working UK directors, we do still allocate some payments to directors who are not yet members. We do our own searches to try to connect directors with the money we are holding for them, but sometimes have trouble tracking them down or starting a meaningful conversation. We need your help to ensure your colleagues don’t miss out on their payments and the other benefits of being a member of their professional association.
What do I do if I know someone on the Unregistered Directors List?
If you know a director on the list personally or professionally and have their contact details, please do reach out to them and let them know they’re on the Directors UK Unregistered Directors List and that we’re holding money for them. Feel free to send them a link to this page, and let them know a little about their professional association – we will confirm their credits and eligibility with them up front, and answer any questions they might have.
What do I do if I am on the Unregistered Directors List?
We’d love to hear from you and connect you with any payments you’re eligible for. Please contact [email protected] where the membership team will be happy to tell you more about your professional association, confirm your eligibility for payment, and explain how our distributions work. They will talk you through the process of registering as a member and becoming part of your professional association. We look forward to welcoming you!
We know there are some well-known names on the list below; we have contacted many of them but have either been unable to properly connect with them, or been unable to complete their registration. In the case of well-known estates, we may be waiting for a beneficiary to provide the legal documents required to register them as a member. As an organisation, we are obliged to keep these names on the list until their membership has been confirmed.
