Lefteris Parasyris

Lefteris is a director and screenwriter based in London. His short films have been screened in national and international film festivals. Recently, he was selected as a BAFTA Film Guru Pro and in 2016, he was accepted into the Creative Skillset Trainee Scheme. In 2015, he completed an MA in Filmmaking, specialising in Directing at Goldsmiths College, University of London. For the last 6 years, he also worked as a Director's Assistant and Script Supervisor for award-winning productions in the UK, USA and Greece whilst simultaneously developing his photography and directing his own short films. He also studied Theatre and Drama at the University of Athens and Trinity College, Dublin and Filmmaking at the New York Film Academy. His extensive experience as a crew member and diverse studies in different parts of the world has enhanced his knowledge as a filmmaker and developed his skills as a storyteller. Lefteris is currently developing his next short film and writing his first feature.
