On Wednesday, BAFTA in Wales announced the nominations for the BAFTA Cymru Awards, featuring Directors UK members amongst the accolades. The winners will be announced at a Cymru Awards ceremony, which takes place on Sunday 15 October.
Nominated in the Director: Factual category are Chloe Fairweather for Scouting for Girls: Fashion's Darkest Secret; Clare Sturges for Charlie Mackesy: The Boy, the Mole, the Fox, the Horse and Me; and Dylan Wyn Richards for Greenham.
Nominated in the Director: Fiction category are Lee Haven Jones for Y Sŵn; Richard Stoddard for Brassic; and Sally El Hosaini for The Swimmers.
